HOW CAN YOU PAY FOR OUR SERVICES

STATE FUNDS ACCEPTED CHOICE:

In- home community services to individuals who are at least 60 years of age or persons of any age who have a disability due to a mental or physical impairment and who are found to be at risk of losing their independence.

Social Services Block Grant (SSBG):

The FSSA DA uses the Social Service Block Grant to fund a number of different in-home, community-based, and facility-oriented service targeted for low-income older adults and persons with disabilities.

Title-III:

Supportive Services and Senior Center Programs. The services, the Older Americans Act, as amended, organize, coordinate and provide community-based services and opportunities for older individuals and their families.

Private pay:

Any party can pay out of pocket for our services payments can be set up by our home office.
